Kelp on the way!

 

Wow!  We are in awe of how well our first crop of kelp is growing!  Kelp is definitely on it's way!  

We will be harvesting throughout May and June (if we leave it beyond end of June it will become "biofouled" with lots of summer critters moving in).  

We will be selling FRESH kelp to order but not for human consumption.  This kelp would be GREAT for the garden or for livestock.

A limited amount of DRIED kelp will be coming later and that will be for us humans to enjoy!
